Texas: Officials confirm US 15th case of coronavirus infection in San Antonio

The latest case of coronavirus infection has been confirmed in the U.S. and this one is U.S. evacuee from China in Texas.
According to reports from the Health officials the person was evacuated from China to Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio. Though he is in stable condition, he has been isolated and staying at a nearby hospital. The infection was confirmed through a Lab test on Wednesday night.
So far, this is the 15th confirmed U.S. case of coronavirus infection.

A news conference by the Centers for Disease Control and the City of San Antonio Metropolitan Health District is expected to begin at 10 a.m. and it is believed that officers will discuss the confirmed case and provide more details on COVID-19, the deadly coronavirus that has already infected tens of thousands and killed more than 1,000 people worldwide.
This news conference in San Antonio is happening just days after some people were taken aback from China and landed at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland to be placed under mandatory quarantine.
Further reports from the San Antonio officers confirm that some residents who are not under quarantine at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland are under self-quarantine at their own homes only.
