Texas: Grayson County judge arrested for driving while intoxicated

Grayson county judge was arrested for driving while intoxicated north of the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex.
According to reports from officers, William “Bill” Magers hit a light pole early Thursday in Sherman.

While giving his statement, the judge apologized and took full responsibility for his actions.
His records state that Magers was also arrested for Driving While Intoxicated two times in the 90s also.
Currently, he is serving his second term as a Grayson County judge. Earlier, he served three terms as the mayor of Sherman.
