Wesley Mathew has been charged with the killing of his 3-year-old adopted daughter. He was expected to appear before the court according to his said deadline for his trial. But the Dallas court judge said that there will be no movement in this case on Friday.

Wesley Mathews, the father of 3-year old has been accused of killing his adopted daughter Sherin. He killed his daughter in October 2017. The 3-year old little girl’s body was found in a culvert near her own residence in Richardson.

Originally her parents said that she went missing. Later, they admitted that both of them left her home alone and went out on a dinner date.

Her father now says that she died of choking on milk but he accepted that he put her body in the culvert.

Wesley with his wife, Sini, reached the court together, this week. Wesley’s trial is fixed for May. Sini ’s trial is fixed for April. Wesley’s lawyer wants both of the trails to be executed simultaneously whereas Sini’s attorneys requested to fix separate trials.
