India hoping for World Cup 2019 win after winning against South Africa in First-ever ODI series

India’s win against South Africa has given high-hopes to the country. This is the first-ever victory of the country in the One-day international match series played against South Africa. As per the Captain of the Indian Team, Virat Kohli, the country is now hoping to bring home World Cup 2019 as well.
 
He further added that the players play as a team and always think of new ways of improvement. After this tour, the team would play stronger than before. Virat Kohli said these words after India lead by 4-1 in the 6-match series.
He really feels great after the victory.  It is a history-creating moment for the entire team. After the triumph, the Indian team captain said that players played exceptionally well as the team.
 
This Success in the ODI series has taken India above South Africa in the ranking given by the International Cricket Council. Our country retained the first position in the test series as well. Last month, India lost to South Africa with 2-1.Despite this fact, the captain and the team are hoping high for the win.
As of now, leading the team with 4-1 is really an amazing feeling.  Obviously, the players have worked hard to reach this position. Virat Kohli further added to his remarks.
 
For the fans, it is good news that the last match of the series will be in Pretoria. It is due on Friday.
 
Virat Kohli further added that only 12 players of the Indian team played in the match and led the team with 4-1. Out of the team squad of 17 members, the captain is hoping for a 5-1 win in the ODI series.
 
The news says that World Cup 2019 will be hosted by England and Wales. The same country where India won its first global crown in the year 1983 and later in the year 2011 on the home soil.
