Dallas County judge Judge Amber Givens-Davis set a trial date for Sherlin Mathew’s adoptive mother case. Sherlin Mathew’s body was found in a culvert near her family’s home in Richardson home.
Sini Mathews was charged with child abonnement in October, the last year. Her husband Wesley Mathews has been charged with killing the little one.
According to Sherin’s adoptive parents, they left Sherlin home alone on the day she died and they themselves went out on a dinner date. Later, her father admitted that Sherlin died of choking of milk and accepted that he put her body in the culvert.

Dallas Judge Amber Givens-Davis had a meeting with parents Wesley and Sini, and their attorneys, on  Monday morning. She has set a trial date of April 15 for Sini.
Earlier last week,  Sini’s had requested to reduce her bond from  $100,000 to $2,500. Not only this, Sini’s attorneys have requested to give separate trial dates to both of them.
Wesley’s murder charge trial is due for May. In the coming weeks. The judge will decide whether their trail should be tried together or separately.
